Grilled Chicken

Marinate the chicken. Place the chicken in a container or bag and pour the Italian dressing on top. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for 30 minutes to 6 hours.
Grill the chicken. Preheat an indoor grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates, place the chicken on the grill, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes each side, depending on size and thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Rest and serve. Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then enjoy!
- Storage tips: Store in the fridge for 3 to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. If freezing, I recommend slicing, dicing, or shredding your chicken before freezing, to make the reheating process easier.
