Well I did, and my cream immediately split. It looked very disgusting. I had to look up how to fix a split cream sauce and it did the trick. I also added thyme because the flavor was a bit bland and you could taste a lot of cornstarch. The added thyme was very delicious. Also, the sauce was still too watery after it cooked down for 15 minutes so I added a little more cream mixed with cornstarch in a slurry to thicken it up. That worked. Although a good recipe that I would definitely make again, it needed a bunch of tweaking to make it work right.3 stars

I served over egg noodles and I don’t know if anyone remembers the Swedish meatballs packets where there was one for the meatballs and one for the sauce…well this tasted like the no chemical version of that! I know, chicken not meatballs, but the flavor was like my childhood where we made those all the time. So yummy I told my mom and now she is going to try haha5 stars

Chicken Marsala and Chili. They were absolutely amazing! The Chicken Marsala was better than restraunts in my opinion. So delicious I can only go maybe 2 weeks tops before having it again!
