I’ve made it several times now, so much so that I now double the recipe! It’s easy to put together—less than 5 minutes. No whisk is needed; just shake, shake, shake, and you are good! I’m bringing a salad to a friend for our lunch today: with grilled chicken, avocado, goat cheese, etc., and a double recipe of the dressing so I can leave the leftovers with her! What’s not to love?5 stars
