Agreed! I have a bunch of sweet potatoes that I’m going to try this recipe with, and they are definitely white and not orange; they’re sold beside the yams in my grocery store, and there is an evident distinction between the 2. I think that yams are (much) sweeter, and I prefer sweet potatoes unless it’s for Christmas or Thanksgiving dinner.
