I’m 69 years old and just discovered chimichurri sauce. I could eat it with a spoon and it’s so good. The only change I made Lisa, is using curly leaf parsley as it is not as strong. I’m not a fan of parsley in general, so the curly leaf is a better fit for me.5 stars
