I have but one recommendation: pretty sure OG Chipotle cilantro lime rice is garnished with bay leaves at the end. That gives it that kick and compliments the cilantro well.5 stars

Ive done this recipe many times and it works great. Make sure the 10-15 covered on low/simmer is still a rolling boil then pull and let stand for 10-15 minutes covered.
