Hi Larry – I usually add 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Enjoy!

I was short on time and had too many other things to make so One thing is that I did use dill relish, but I patted it dry to remove excess moisture and chopped it more finely than from the jar (I could always add a little pickle brine if needed). I cheated and bought the precooked hard boiled eggs in the egg section of the grocery store. It cost a little more, but sometimes time is more valuable! Have made this multiple times, always a hit.5 stars

I get the perfect eggs by putting them in the pan with cold water. Once boiling, allow the eggs to boil for 2-3 mins. Turn off heat and put lid on. Let eggs sit in hot water for 10-12 mins. Then do the ice bath. They turn out perfectly and are a breeze to peel!
