I made this ham for Christmas, with Brussel Sprouts, and baked beans. The ham was so flavorful, it was a hit plus having leftovers. I kept the bone to make some soup later. I’m happy I stumbled onto your site for 2024.5 stars

Inspired by another reviewer I used the pan drippings to make a really yummy ham gravy. Transferred to a pot with a 1.5tbs of arrowroot flour slurry, came together really quickly!

I’ve got the split pea soup cooking on the stove now with the leftover ham bone. I’m sure it will turn out great just like all your recipes do. Thank you for the fool proof recipes!5 stars
