After searing , could I place the meat in an oven proof pan , pour sauce over it & finish baking?

I prefer to rub the dry seasoning on and let it sit in fridge for 6-8 hours. I also do the honey/garlic sauce up and let it sit in fridge. Early prep work. I avoid using packaged seasonings and look for recipes like this. This is a easy & delicious dinner. Serving with mashed potatoes, corn, gravy & applesauce. Thank you!5 stars
