It was such a relief I had all the staples ingredients on hand so no special grocery store runs needed. My husband couldn’t stop raving about the creamy deliciousness he was enjoying and couldn’t believe it was milk free. We both tried it on the cooler side like a gazpacho, 100% recommend. Topped with few pepitas , olive oil, parsley and asparagus sprigs, oh my… my mouth is watering!5 stars
